- Now heat a sauce pan with another cup of cream...When it comes to boil switch off the flame and pour it over dark chocolate...Cover the bowl and and leave it for a min.
- After that mix properly..To make it smooth...If there is any chunks...Then again melt it with double boiler or in microwave for...30secs.
- Now pour it in whipped cream bowl and whip again for a while to well combine.
- Now pour the batter into air tight container and cover it with butter paper to avoid ice crystal....Then close with lid.
- Freeze it for 6-8 hours or overnight to set completely.

- You can bake any basic cake..I have baked chocolate biscuit cake.
- Grind the chocolate biscuits in a mixer jar to make a fine powder.
- Take it in a bowl...Add milk in 2 batches...And mix nicely...Add eno and mix it in one direction.
- Pour the cake batter into a greased, lined tin and bake for 25 - 30 mins..In preheated microwave on 180°.
- Check it by inserting toothpick.
- Let it cool completely.
- Cut it into 2 halves to make 2 part of it.
- Place a part (if u have lock cake tin then use lock tin...It would be easy to demould...I have used loaf tin) tin then arrange a thick layer of chocolate icecream over the cake...Then put another part of the cake over it...And freeze it till set completely.
- Loose the edges and take it out in a plate..Cut it into... Desire pieces and decorate it with ur choice..(I have decorated with white chocolate ganache and some sprinkles).
