  21. 3 tbsp Garlic mayonnaise
  22. 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  23. 3 tbsp Green Chutney
  24. 2 cube Cheese grated
  25. to taste Salt
  26. 2 teaspoon Oil

  28. INGREDIENTS
  29. FOR DOUGH
  30. 2 cup wheat flour
  31. 2 tsp oil
  32. 1/2 tsp salt
  33. 1 cup water to knead
  34. FOR ALOO STUFFING
  35. 2 potato boiled & mashed
  36. 1 chilli finely chopped
  37. 1/2 tsp coriander seeds crushed
  38. 1/4 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  39. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  40. 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  41. 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  42. 1/4 tsp carom seeds
  43. 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  44. 2 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
  45. 1/4 tsp salt
  46. OTHER INGREDIENTS
  47. 1/2 cup wheat flour to dust
  48. 7 tsp oil

Instructions to make Aloo Paratha Soyachunk Paneer Sandwich

  1. Method--
    Firstly heat Oil in a pan.
    Add ginger garlic chilli paste.
    Add Onions, capsicum, corn kernels, Carrots, and add soya chunks.
    Mix well.
    Add red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt.
    Now add grated paneer and mix well.
    Lasty add chopped tomato, mix well and gas off. Add coriander leaves.
    Keep aside.
  2. Firstly, knead wheat dough by taking 2 cup wheat flour, 2 tsp oil, ½ tsp salt and 1 cup water.
    further, in a large mixing bowl take 2 boiled and mashed potato.

    add all the spices.
    mix well making sure all the spices are combined well.
    pinch a ball sized wheat dough and dust with some wheat flour.
    further, roll it in a round roti shap
  3. Making Sandwiches ---

    now take 2 Aloo Paratha and spread green Chutney and garlic mayonnaise.

    now top with prepared stuffing and put one cheese slice and now again too with some stuffing.
    Add some tomato sauce.
    Now add grated cheese.
    Spinkels Chaat masala, salt, chilli flakes, olives.
    cover with a second Aloo Paratha. make sure to spread mayonnaise and green chutney on the Aloo Paratha.
    Cut like triangular shape.
    Serve with Tomato Sauce And Green Chutney.
